I thrive when things are going on around me. I need stimulation to keep me active and to help stave off a thing called boredom. I really love my foster home because I can play all day and am feel loved. My foster mom is always telling me how handsome I am, and then she kisses me. I really like that!
The other Irish Setter here is the bestest thing ever. I can chew on her and chase her all day and we never seem to get all of our energy out. Not bad considering she is a lot younger. I am not sure about the cat here, though. I don't really know what he is. If I could, I would stare at him for hours, but my attention span is not that good. Besides, I have to leave time for playing and lovins, too.
I am really a joy to have around, if I do say so myself. I am always up for hugs and kisses! I would like a family in my new forever home so that I can get lots and lots of love from lots and lots of hoo-mans! A couple would be okay, though, so that I can take turns running from one to the other for lovins.
My foster mom calls me "Happy Feet". When she comes home from work, I do a happy dance. I think a homecoming is reason to celebrate - don't you? Squeakers are really cool. I will scratch at the floor if someone steps on a squeaker on the floor. My foster mom says I'm really cute when I do that.
Well, it's time to go to bed, so I'll sign off for now. I sleep at the foot of the bed (when I don't sneak onto the bed), and I sleep all night long. All that playing, watching the cat, and lovins can wear a dog out, ya know! Fostered by Kathryn in VA.
