Hi, my name is CLANCY and I'm five years old. Yeah, I've got a little premature graying going on, but I think it makes me look distinguished After all, I am a handsome Irish gentleman!
I am a very happy boy who wants nothing more than to be with my person when inside the house. I like to sleep really close at night to make sure you are safe. Okay, that's not really the reason. I want to know where you are and to make sure you don't leave me while I'm sleeping. You see, I really bond hard and fast.
I get along well with other dogs (except at mealtime) and am fine with kids, too, but not with cats. I walk well on lead, and am very submissive to my person. I like going for rides, and will even help drive (until I'm forced to get out of my foster mom's lap).
I love spending time outdoors as long as there is something fun to do. I really like the water, and will spend hours chasing critters that live around the pond. When I get tired of hunting, I like to go skinny-dipping, but I only wade into the water. I'm not sure whether I would like swimming or not, so I keep my feet on the solid ground.
