Hi, my name is COPPER and I'm about eight months old. I'm a busy, busy puppy. My three housemates are trying to teach me manners. When they've had enough, they growl, but I never take offense. I'm learning to sit for treats, and to walk nicely on a leash. I ride well in the car. I'm growing like a weed. I am going to be a big boy!
I'm very sweet, and will eventually settle down in the house and lie quietly to chew my toy. Don't tell anybody, but my favorite squeak toy is the mini dachshund! When she gets excited and does her "dachshund dash", I follow right along - up and over everything in the room!
There is one cat that I'm interested in, but I haven't tried to chase or mouth her, so I should be okay with cats who are dog savvy. Horses are another story, though. I think they are really big dogs, and I do my play bow right under their noses. For some reason, the horses don't appreciate that! Fostered by Cat in TX.
