Hi, my name is DRAKE, and I am the sweetest five year old English Setter boy ever, ever in the whole wide world!!! I don't jump up, but I do gently stand up and give hugs. I hug my foster mom a lot, cuz she saved me from a shelter where I was going to have to go to the Big Sleep.
My owners took me there cuz they said I escaped from my pen. I'm not telling if that was true or not, but I have not ever offered to get away from my foster mom in the two months I have been with her. Do ya think maybe it's because dogs are social animals, and don't want to be alone all the time? We can get lonely, too, ya know! I think maybe I just wanted to find someone to give hugs to.
They also said I was "too old"... how dare they say that! I am just now getting my brain, so I am almost perfect!!! I am very birdy and will make sure none of those pesky birds or squirrels get in your yard.
I am very good on a leash, and I like to ride in the car with you. What I like best, however, is cuddling with you and whispering sweet nothings in your ear. I like other dogs, but like cats a little TOO much, if ya know what I mean.
