Hello, my name is FLO. I am about one year old and as you can see I am a real cutie! I love kids, and am very much a cuddle-bug and a lover. I am good with other dogs, okay with cats. Cats are fun to watch and stare at, but not really for chasing or anything else. They just look fun. I walk decently on a leash, and I know basic obedience commands like sit, stand, stay. The young boys who originally rescued her have been working with her and teaching her all they could.
I do have one little problem... I'll jump over the fence. I stay in the area, and will even jump back into the yard for a toy or a snack, then pop back out to investigate. I would do best with a 6 or 8 foot stockade/privacy type fence. I am fairly well housetrained, though I still need to be taken out regularly to reinforce the behavior.
The family who turned her over to SOS basically rescued me from a life on a chain with people who didn't care about or for me. I was skinny, matted, and scared. I will be a wonderful family dog for some special people out there who want a special girl in their lives.
