FOLEY
Hi, my name is FOLEY, and I'm about one year old. I'm yet another one that didn't sell as a puppy, and the backyard breeder in Missouri wound up with too many dogs for which to provide food, water, and shelter.
I get along well with other dogs as long as everyone is spayed or neutered. I've not yet been tested with cats, and have never met any kids, either.
I am still settling in, but am doing very well considering that I had minimal socialization with humans, and had been living outside. You know, I really do like being indoors! I will actually come up to my foster mom for lovings, and am walking pretty well on leash after a few days. I gained confidence quickly!
I did well during the tortures known as ear cleaning and nail trimming. I am now taking treats gently from my foster mom's hand, too. I'm eating well, which is important cuz I really need the groceries!
My foster mom says we still have room for improvement, but that it won't be long before I will be ready to go to a new forever home. Oh, and I even gave my foster mom a kiss!! Fostered by Alissa in TN.
