By submitting a photo, you grant Save Our Setters permission to place the photo on the Halloween Pics webpage for the purpose of participating in the contest. Submitted photos must be of one of the four Setter breeds in costume, and must be appropriate for all ages. Please make a donation for each submitted Setter in costume. The suggested minimum donation is $5; however, any amount is appreciated! The link to donate is provided below.
The winner will be selected by the visitors to our website via internet voting with confirmations of valid email addresses. One vote per person, please. Voting for more than one entry will result in all votes cast by that person to be thrown out. The results will be posted to the website, and the winner will be contacted via e-mail or phone as provided with the submitted photo. Grand prize is a $30 gift certificateredeemable on-line for pet supplies at one of our participating vendors. In the event of a two-way tie, the two winners will each be awarded a $ 15 gift certificate. In the event of a three-way or greater tie, a run-off will be held.
Save Our Setters is not responsible for misdirected submissions. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days following the end of the contest will be forfeited. Board members and officers of Save Our Setters are welcome to participate, but are not eligible for the prize. Void where prohibited by law. Contest submissions will be accepted through 10/28/10. Voting commences on 10/29/10 and ends on 10/31/10.
