DELCO has been adopted by the police officer who took the report on this abandoned dog. When contacted by the finder, the breeder whose phone number was on the dog's collar tag said that she did not want him back, and told the finder to take him to the Humane Society for euthanasia. We can only hope that the local backyard breeder who dumped this boy in Sparta, Tennessee will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
