Hi, my name is JACOB and I'm one year old. I'm a loveable, playful pup, and sweet as can be! I came to rescue because my I kept jumping over the six foot privacy fence and my family was worried that I’d get lost (or worse!). I haven’t attempted jumping the fence at all since I’ve been with my foster family. What can I say? There are just too many fun things to keep me busy around here!!!
I love to go in the car, anytime and anywhere. Of course, I keep trying to drive, but my foster Mom keeps pushing me back to the back seat. How am I supposed to get my driver’s license if she won’t let me in the front?
I love to be with my people. Being outside is okay, but when my foster mom is inside, I follow her all over the house! I do jump up on people to show them how loving I am, but my foster mom is trying very hard to correct this habit. Of course, I’m very vocal when she is not paying attention to me or when I just want to tell her all about my fun day!
One of my most favoritest things to do is to run between her legs while she's walking. It doesn’t matter if she is just going down the hall or going up or down a flight of stairs, so families with young children or elderly adults would probably not be the best fit for me.
I get along with the two resident redheads and my bestest buddy REILLY. I consider myself their personal fitness trainer and I won’t leave them alone to rest for a minute! I love to take REILLY’s duck and make him chase me all over the house and yard. He likes to get back at me by taking my cow, but I eventually get it back! The most important thing is that we all get along and play and play and play…..
