Hi, my name is KELLI and I'm about three years old. I'm a big, playful girl, and sweet! I came to rescue because my mom and dad had to move due to the economy. What a bummer for them and for me and my big brudder, BOGEY (a Gordon Setter). I love BOGEY and my family, and miss them greatly.
I am training for the world championship in tennis ball fetching. Okay, not really, but I do love my tennis balls, and your throwing arm will give out long before I wear out. when you're too pooped to throw any more, I will carry my ball around. I've even been known to place it in my dinner bowl while eating! I also love playing "flashlight" where my dad would have me chase the light on the carpet. Try as I might, I could never catch that light!
I love to go in the car, anytime and anywhere. I just love to be with my people. Being outside is okay, but when my mom and dad are inside, I wanted to be with them! I love to jump on my mom and dad's bed in the morning and snuggle down. I'm a little slow to get moving in the morning, but have a blast tearing out the back door with a growl and a bark to greet the morning. Shadows fascinate me and I try to catch them. I have no idea what I'd do if I caught one, though.
I have been accused of borrowing things from the counters, so my new forever home should not leave things out that I can get into. I've got a reputation for giving unconditional love, and would like to show you just how wonderful I am! Fostered by Cathi in NE.
