Hello, my name is MAGGIE. I am eleven years young and as you can see I am very pretty! I was relinquished because my family said they could not keep me in the backyard. I am a beautiful, trained family dog, so am was so lost at the shelter. I sit politely to ask for a treat, and was taught the "down" command in a couple of tries. I do need a fenced yard for play and exercise. I seem to remember at sometime I was an inside dog with a family who doted on me. I need the companionship of people, and cannot be left alone in a backyard for any length of time. I am the perfect dog for someone who is retired and wants the company of a pet who will love them unconditionally.
