McGRUDER was so badly matted, we had to clip him very close around his head and ears. It is almost a Cocker clip, but it was not due to the groomer's incompetence (or so she claims)!
He is great with all dogs and cats. Kids are fine, too. He has a lovely smile for all and loves to play with both humans and dogs. Toys are wonderfully fun! He may be 9 years old on paper, but he plays and acts like a three year old!
McGRUDER is very good in the house, too. He loves sleeping on his very own doggy bed. He is trustworthy to be left loose in the house for a reasonable amount of time. He isn't very tall (only about 21 inches at the shoulder) and is a bit overweight at 60 pounds. His ideal weight is around 45 pounds. He will be an absolutely terrific companion for a family with a big heart and comfortable home wishing to add a loving boy who is ready at long last to experience the good life!
