NICKLAUS
Hi! My name is NICKLAUS and I am 5 months old. I came to SOS on Christmas Day, so that's how I got my name. Pretty cool, huh! Like most puppies, I can be mischievous, but I can also behave quite well at times, too. As for mischief, I like to seek out small articles of clothing (i.e. socks and gloves) from time to time, but end up getting busted before I can show what I would or won't do with them.
I am working on crate training and still have accidents from time to time. I will start whining to let you know I need to go out. I am just starting to slowly work on learning about how to be a good doggie while lose in the house because when I came to my foster home I was very sick and the dog-ter wanted me to rest. I am feeling much better now. I hang out in my crate when I can't be supervised so that I am safe and secure.
I like to be petted, and playing is fun, too. I am good with the human kids (ages 8, 6, and 2) - as much as a puppy can be. I especially like when they pet me and give me yummy dog treats. (My foster mom tells my youngest buddy not to share his food with me, but he does from time to time - just don't tell his mom - cuz I really like the peanut butter sandwiches!).
My wish is to find a forever home that will spoil me rotten and love me for the rest of my life.
