Hi, my name is RADHA (pronounced ROH-wa), which means "vision". I am on the small side for an Irish Setter. I have been through a lot in my short life, but am rebounding back. I am a bit scared of new dogs at this time, but I am getting better.
I have lots of scars that have the rescue folks scratching their heads. There are too many, they think, to have come from getting tangled in a fence, so they suspect the wounds were from dog-fighting. I'm not saying one way or the other, but inside I am very sweet girl. I am very loving after the first time I meet someone. Can you see that I am smiling?
I really don't know what to make of a bath. I was kinda scared, and I hugged my foster mom the whole time! Maybe with experience and gentle love, I will learn to like baths. I am trying to fit into a normal home of love and sharing, but it will take some time for me to learn to trust.
Fostered by Kathryn in VA.
