Hi, my name is RANDY, and I'm about one year old (I think). My new foster parents say that I am very cute. I am kind of skinny, but they tell me I will fill out nicely, whatever that means. I am a "Field Irish Setter", so I won't get really big - probably up to about 55 pounds or so.
There are some new dog friends here for me and I like them a lot - I think they are starting to like me, too! Since I got here I have not quite figured my way around yet, but I am getting there with things like letting them know when I have to go out and where I want to sleep. I did already let them know I can jump small fences - I thought it was fun but they were not laughing - they are quickly blocking any field trip routes I may have. That's okay though, 'cuz I get treats here so I guess I will try not to scare them like that anymore. They say my new home may need tall fences so I don't get too ambitious and try to jump over.
My foster parents say I am a good boy a lot too, that is nice to hear and they are training me to sit and stay and walk on leash. From what I hear, I am doing pretty good so far!
More pictures soon! Fostered by Dana in IL.
