Hi, my name is RILEY III and I'm about four years old. I am a very active young boy. I need to be introduced to other dogs over time, then will get along just fine with them.
I would not be good in a home with cats, as I do tend to get pretty loud when the cat gets on the breezeway (too bad I can't get there, cuz I really want to chase it). I am a climber, but not a digger, so a tall wooden fence should keep me safe.
I used to grab clothing when coming out of my crate, but got over that. I wasn't trying to hurt anything - it was just my way of saying I was happy to see you!! I replaced this habit with a soft nip in the behind, but have stopped that, too. I can forget to not be mouthy if I get really wound up during play, so a home with no young kids would be best.
I love to run, and run, and run some more. I love to stalk thing like toads, too. I have lots of energy!! Fostered by Alissa in TN.
