Why was this pretty and well mannered lady wandering the streets of Muscatine Iowa??? The kind folks at the Humane Society there worked fervently to find her family, to no avail. She is as sweet as cotton candy and just as delicate. She is eager to please and will require a very gentle hand. Ruby wants to sleep in bed with you, sit on the couch with you, go everywhere you want to go. She is very affectionate and polite. She has obviously had some training, she rides well and will wag her tail shamelessly to go outside. Give her some Miss Clairol for her muzzle, and she could easily pass for 5 or 6. She likes to go outside occasionally for a bit of exersize but a quick leash walk would suit her just fine, too. Her ideal home would be a quiet one, perhaps with some senior parents who would like to take a beautiful, delicate lady for a stroll.
She is curious about cats, but not mean, loves company no matter how tall they are and is a real pleasure to have around. She is very slightly territorial as she lets my two dogs know that when SHE is in HER spot on the bed that under no uncertain terms will she be bullied away- even if she is small. RUBY TUESDAY is a real gem with lots of spirit, and deserves to be treated with love and devotion as this is what she eagerly gives. Fostered by Tami in IL.
