Hello, my name is SHANNON. I am about six years old. I am loving and sweet, and am very sick right now with a really bad infection. I am on IV's at the clinic, and can go home as soon as I start eating on my own. Please keep me in your thoughts while I get better!!
UPDATE: SHANNON had emergency surgery on Thursday, but came through okay. She has a severe infection, most likely due to improperly sterilized surgical tools used for the spay surgery. Of course, the vet in Amherst VA that did the spay assumed no responsibility for the subsequent bill. Fostered by Sue in VA.
UPDATE: SHANNON is a sweetie, loving nothing more than her cuddle time on the sofa. She really likes to be included in all activities, and complains when she must be crated and hears the family doing stuff.
She plays well with the other puppygirls, and likes to race the neighboring dogs along the fenceline. Critters are very interesting, and worthy of a chase!!
