Hi, my name is SUMMER and I'm two years old. I am a sweet and submissive girl, and get along fine with other dogs. Mind you, I am totally human-oriented, and want nothing to do with the other dogs, but they're here, so I just tolerate them. Cats are okay, too, though I might give chase if the cat were to run from me.
I prefer indoors, and will bark when I've finished my business. Speaking of barking, I bark a LOT when I want you to throw the tennis ball for me. In fact, I play bow and bark, and it could be very intimidating to a youngster who doesn't understand doggy body language.

Okay, back to tennis balls. I LOVE THEM!!! Did I mention I love tennis balls? Oh, and playing fetch, too! With tennis balls!! Hmmmmm... speaking of tennis balls, where is my favorite ball? It's got to be around here somewhere!!
My foster mom says I have to go to obedience school, so my new forever family must be willing to do this for me. I pull on lead, and could use some refreshers on basic commands.
I have good house manners when my people are around, but I do have mild separation anxiety, and will find things to play with that are not appropriate if left to my own devises. The good news is that I am crate trained, though, and will be very good when contained.
