Hi! My name is TOVEY, and I am a very sweet and loving guy. I like to be petted, or just be with my special person more than anything else. I like to play with the dogs that live here, too. I am gentle with the little dogs and I even like cats.
I am growing hair since I no longer have fleas and since the Dog-ter has cured my skin infection caused by those nasty pests! Oh, and I eat a grain free diet for the time being since no one knows yet if I have a food allergy. Once my hair has come in really good, I can switch to regular dog food to see how I do on it. For now, Wellness canned is what I like best.
I need to eat alone because I don't like to share my food with the others. I am housetrained and have not made a mistake since I have been here. I come when I am called, and I like riding in cars, going for walks, playing with toys, getting brushed, and even taking a bath! I don't like crates or thunderstorms. I don't like loud voices, either, because I think I might be in trouble. I learned long ago that being in trouble hurts pretty bad and is really scary, so I need a very gentle hand.
I sleep in the house on a soft pad (or on the couch if it's OK) and I don't chew or bother anything. Could there be a better dog than me? My foster mom says no, I'm the best! Fostered by Ann in MO.
