Hi! I'm TUCKER and I'm ten months old. The picture you see to the left was my first night at my foster home after a bath. I am a handsome mahogany and I have the sweetest droopy eyes you will ever see.
I'm fine with other dogs, but haven't met any cats yet. I'd be good with older kids. I'm still a puppy, and will do puppy things like chew on stuff. I like toys, though, so at least humans have an easy way to keep me occupied!
I am very playful and will need to have a large fenced back yard to run around. At my foster home, I run from corner to opposite corner of the yard - as far as I can possibly can go - over and over again. I have been working on crate training and will now crate up at night almost on my own.
I still jump up and get very exuberant when I am around people, but I am working on it - I just get so excited when I see them, and forget my manners!! I have learned to sit since I've been at my foster home. I'm a very fast learner and would quickly learn more with more obedience training.
I can't wait to find my forever home!! I would be a great companion for some lucky family who will take me to formal obedience classes, is very active like me, and who will make sure I get lots and lots of exercise, plus some cuddle time on the couch!!
